In our first full session, we’ll delve deeper into your goals and what’s brought you to therapy. This is a safe space for you to feel heard and understood, and we’ll begin creating a plan that’s tailored to your needs.

Get a tailored treatment plan from a licensed psychotherapist with over fiften years of experience in the field.

I may provide resources or exercises to help you between sessions, ensuring you’re supported every step of the way.

Therapy will come to an end when you feel ready and have achieved your goals. However, you’re always welcome to return if you feel the need in the future.

Block Booking Discounts

To support your ongoing commitment to therapy, I offer discounted rates for block bookings:

  • 8 sessions: £520 (£65 per session)
  • 12 sessions: £720 (£60 per session)

These packages are designed to provide continuous support while offering a cost-effective option for your therapeutic journey.

Cancellation Policy

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling to allow the time to be offered to another client. Late cancellations or missed appointments (under 24 hours’ notice) will incur a £50 fee. Thank you for your understanding
